These courses are designed for adults who want to improve their health through practical, evidence-based lifestyle changes. Whether you’re living with prediabetes, type 2 diabetes, high blood pressure, overweight or obesity—or simply want to improve your long-term health—our courses are designed to help.

Lifestyle changes can significantly improve various health metrics. However, everyone’s health is different, so specific outcomes cannot be guaranteed.
For the Prediabetes Reset Programme, most people should arrange a repeat HbA1c blood test around 8–12 weeks after starting the programme, or as advised by their own healthcare professional.
Many people notice improvements in energy levels, sleep, fitness or weight within a few weeks. Blood test improvements often take longer and vary from person to person.
