IMPORTANT NOTICE - Dr Zain Kapasi is an NHS GP and is bound by the constraints of the GMS Contract. If you are an NHS patient of his medical practice then DO NOT pay for any services on this website. 1. Educational Purpose

The Programme is provided for educational and informational purposes only.

The content is designed to support general understanding of lifestyle medicine, metabolic health, nutrition, movement, sleep, stress management, and behaviour change in relation to prediabetes and overall wellbeing.

The Programme does not provide personalised medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or individual healthcare management.

Participation in the Programme does not create a doctor–patient relationship between you and Dr Zain Kapasi or any affiliated organisation.

2. Medical Responsibility

You acknowledge that:

  • you remain responsible for your own healthcare decisions;

  • you should continue to seek advice from your GP, diabetes team, or other qualified healthcare professional regarding any medical concerns;

  • you should not stop, alter, or reduce prescribed medication without first discussing this with your healthcare professional;

  • any lifestyle changes, including dietary changes or exercise programmes, may carry risks depending on your personal health circumstances.

If you have concerns regarding your suitability for the Programme, you should seek medical advice before participating.

3. No Guaranteed Outcomes

While many people may experience improvements in lifestyle habits, wellbeing, weight, or blood sugar control, individual results vary significantly.

No guarantees or promises are made regarding:

  • reversal of prediabetes;

  • prevention of type 2 diabetes;

  • weight loss;

  • medication reduction;

  • or any specific health outcome.

Your results will depend on many factors including adherence, existing medical conditions, medications, genetics, lifestyle, and other individual circumstances.

4. Emergency & Urgent Medical Care

The Programme is not intended for urgent medical issues or emergencies.

If you experience concerning symptoms or require urgent medical advice, you should contact:

  • your GP,

  • NHS 111,

  • emergency services,

  • or other appropriate healthcare providers.

The Programme should not be relied upon as a substitute for urgent or emergency medical care.
